Data Entry Specialist
Salary: R29 000 – R32 000 per month Remote Recruitment is hiring a Data Entry Specialist for a UK-based employer, fully remote from South Africa. You will own accuracy and quality of a UK business data. Role overview You will own the accuracy of business data for a UK team, entering, checking and cleaning records so everyone can trust the numbers. This is a full-time, 100% remote role for South African talent, working UK hours: 09:00-17:00 UK time (11:00-19:00 SAST). Key responsibilities Enter and update records in CRM and spreadsheets Check data for errors and clean duplicates Reconcile records against source documents Maintain consistent naming and formatting standards Report data issues and suggest fixes What you'll need Experience in data entry, data admin or records work Advanced Excel or Google Sheets, including lookups and filters High typing speed with excellent accuracy Strong attention to detail Able to work 09:00-17:00 UK time (11:00-19:00 SAST) Nice to have Experience with a CRM such as HubSpot or Salesforce Familiarity with Airtable or similar databases Experience with data cleaning What's on offer Fully remote work from anywhere in South Africa A stable, full-time role with a UK employer Clear expectations and a friendly, supportive team Room to grow as the business grows About Remote Recruitment Remote Recruitment connects talented South Africans with UK businesses that want reliable, motivated remote team members.
