Role Description

This is a Summer 2027 internship. The Investment Banking Intern will support the team across live transactions and business development initiatives. This role offers hands-on exposure to financial analysis, deal execution, and client-facing materials, while working closely with senior team members.

Interns will gain practical experience in mergers and acquisitions, financial modeling, and market research in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development of financial models, including basic operating models and valuation analyses
• Conduct company, industry, and market research to support client engagements and business development efforts
• Assist in preparing client presentations, pitch materials, and marketing documents
• Help support transaction execution, including due diligence and data room organization
• Analyze financial statements and key business metrics
• Participate in internal discussions and contribute to strategic analysis for client projects

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field (expected graduation: 2028 preferred)
• Prior internship experience in finance, consulting, or a related field is a plus, but not required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated interest in investment banking and working with founder-led businesses
• Available to work in Bellevue, WA for the Summer of 2027. Relocation or housing costs will not be provided.
