About the Clinician's WorkdayClinicians in this role will provide full-time inpatient psychiatric services for an adult population, working day shifts Monday through Friday, totaling 40 hours per week on-site. Clinical responsibilities include rounding on patients presenting with various psychiatric conditions, managing a daily census of approximately 8 - 12 patients, and delivering medication management and treatment planning within the inpatient setting. The caseload includes both voluntary and involuntary admissions, with court hearings conducted virtually or on-site; average length of stay ranges from approximately 5.5 to 11 days. No call coverage is required for this assignment.
