Focusing on real-time fraud monitoring and investigations, the full-time Fraud Risk Analyst will engage with clients, support dispute/chargeback processes, and collaborate with internal teams to protect cardholders and program funds in a fully remote environment. Key Responsibilities Monitor real-time transaction queues and investigate fraud alerts and reported cases Engage with clients to validate transactional behavior and determine appropriate actions Utilize analytic tools to detect and mitigate emerging fraud threats, recommending process changes as needed Required Qualifications 2+ years of fraud or finance-related experience in an Operations or Fraud department Experience with fraud platforms, case management systems, and dispute/chargeback workflows (VISA/Mastercard) preferred Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Comfort using AI tools in day-to-day operations and ability to validate AI-generated output Strong research and analytical skills with a keen interest in process improvement and automation
