Position Summary Our Deloitte Regulatory, Risk & Forensic team helps client leaders translate multifaceted risk and an evolving regulatory environment into defensible actions that strengthen, protect, and transform their organization. Work You’ll Do As an Analytics and Insights Engineer II on the project, you will be responsible for supporting the design, development, and delivery of data-driven insights. You will combine data analysis with elements of data science, leveraging solid proficiency in Python and SQL for data extraction, transformation, and modeling. You will also use Power BI to create interactive dashboards and reports, and may apply geospatial analysis using ArcGIS as needed. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, develop analytical solutions, and clearly communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree 2+ years of experience in data science, statistics, or mathematics experience using R, Python, or other scripting language2+ years creating data visualizations or reporting utilizing Power BIMust be able to obtain and maintain the required Public Trust clearance for this roleAbility to travel 5-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serveAbility to perform job responsibilities within a work model that requires professionals to co-locate in person 4 days per week in Arlington, VA.Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future Preferred: Experience with ArcGIS For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Arlington, VA, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to {insert location} and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.  A reasonable estimate of the current range is $97,700 to $162,800. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
