Change Management Manager

Job Location: Stamford, CT (Fully Remote)

Job Duration: 3 months (Possible extension)

Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Summary

As a Change Management Manager, you will lead change initiatives supporting business transformation, AI adoption, process improvements, and organizational change. The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, change strategy development, communication planning, training delivery, and adoption measurement to ensure successful transformation outcomes.

About the Role

The Global Senior Change Manager is part of the Business Transformation Office (BTO) and is responsible for leading end-to-end change management for complex global transformation initiatives. The role focuses on technology implementations (including AI), process improvements, transition projects, and organizational restructuring to ensure adoption, readiness, engagement, and sustainable behavioral change.

Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership

• Build strong relationships with senior leaders, project teams, and impacted stakeholders.
• Lead stakeholder alignment workshops and feedback sessions.
• Secure leadership buy-in and organizational support for transformation initiatives.
• Prepare executives for change and support delivery of key leadership messages.

Change Management Strategy

• Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans.
• Assess change impacts across a portfolio of transformation projects.
• Drive organizational readiness and adoption activities.
• Integrate change management best practices into transformation programs.

Communication & Engagement

• Design and implement creative engagement campaigns to drive awareness and enthusiasm.
• Promote adoption of AI and digital transformation initiatives.
• Develop communication strategies that clearly articulate:
• Vision for change
• Business benefits
• Impact on stakeholders
• New ways of working
• Translate project data and information into compelling visual communications.

Impact Assessment & Readiness

• Facilitate impact assessment workshops to evaluate:
• Current (As-Is) state
• Future (To-Be) state
• Mitigation requirements
• Conduct readiness assessments to measure organizational preparedness.
• Perform adoption assessments and track transformation progress.

Training & Capability Building

• Design training strategies and learning plans.
• Develop training materials and capability-building programs.
• Support workforce adoption of new technologies, processes, and operating models.
• Leverage tools such as Articulate 360 for eLearning development (preferred).

Transformation & Operating Model Support

• Lead change management activities for large-scale system implementations.
• Support transition programs delivering Target Operating Models (TOM).
• Assist with organizational design and implementation of new operating models.
• Define SLAs and KPIs to measure change management success.

Required Qualifications

• 8–10 years of change management experience.
• Proven expertise leading end-to-end change management for:
• Large-scale system implementations
• AI adoption initiatives
• Digital transformation programs
• Experience driving adoption of AI and digital solutions through change interventions.
• Strong experience with organizational redesign and operating model transformations.
• Ability to conduct readiness and adoption assessments.
• Experience creating and managing stakeholder engagement strategies.
• Strong executive-level communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze engagement metrics and feedback to improve outcomes.
• Experience defining and tracking change management KPIs and SLAs.
• Relevant certifications preferred:
• PROSCI
• APMG
• CMI

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Articulate 360 for eLearning development.
• Experience creating visual communication materials.
• Background working within global transformation environments.
• Strong facilitation and workshop leadership skills.
